Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spain), which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).

This right applies without the need to justify your decision and without incurring any cost, except for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If your order has been paid but not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation at any time. In such case, a full refund will be processed without delay.

How to Cancel

To proceed with a cancellation, please complete the cancellation form and provide the following mandatory information:

  • The email address used when placing the order

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the cancellation request

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Some products are excluded from cancellation or withdrawal rights, particularly those listed in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, including (but not limited to):

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if unsealed after delivery
